Characters will be imagined into my own art styles. Please do not ask me to mimic another artist's style.

Sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images.

Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

Incidences, where chargebacks are filed for finished artwork, will result in a blacklist. The client's right to use the work is revoked. Design works may be resold and re-used.

All commissioned pieces are for personal use and non commercial use by the client, which includes: profile picture, headers, social media posts. Proper credits are always appreciated.

I have the right to decline any commission requests.

I hold the rights for the artwork and the rights to display them anywhere may it be my portfolio or social media sites.

All commissioned pieces are prohibited: (1) to be used as NFTs, (2) fed to any form of AI program, (3) resold to third parties (i.e. make prints or merchandise from my artwork for sale or resell the original digital image for money), or (4) claim it as your own work.

You are prohibited to use the commissioned pieces for merch or monetized distribution without prior discussion

Failure in following the Terms of Service may result in being blacklisted and commission cancellation.

Payment must be made upfront before I begin any work. Failure to make full payment within 7 days after my confirmation will result in your slot being forfeited.

NO REFUNDS after payments.
